Faerie Ring return and so does the RIFF, all caps. Faerie Ring take what would be a cookie cutter riff from anyone else and just JUICE it so thoroughly, with passion and energy and melodic interest and the all-important rhythmic groove (much more important to a good stoner riff than loud fuzz), that it just blows out your speaker and makes you mean mug. Guaranteed. I loved the wacky sounds they created in the studio that really push this over the edge from great into bonkers-great. pinkytheent

Meaty, tight, grunge-infused stoner rock sung in both Italian and Neapolitan. Never had I thought that Neapolitan could fit so well with this kind of music, but oh, it does, to the point that I found myself wishing it was all sung in this language, since it adds a mighty phenomenal swagger and such a punchy groove that you really feel carried away by the muscular sonic flow. Awesome debut, guagliù! muschiosauro
